Housed in a 14th century building at the heart of Venice, Luxury Venetian Rooms is less than 200 metres from Saint Mark's Square and Basilica, and 250 metres from the Ducal Palace. The location is fantastic, just hundreds of meters from Piazza San. Marco, the building is 200 year old with typical Venetian style and with good quality. Its staffs are kind and helpful.

Residenza Veneziana is located in Venice, 450 metres from Basilica San Marco. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The location is great - very central but not terribly busy, self check-in possibility is a relief when flying in later, great breakfast in the room every day, as well as very friendly and helpful staff. Do count on having to walk a little bit from the bus/boat.
