Сool little town with friendly people, different restaurants and cafes, big and small shops, great food market, marina and promenade by the sea. I recommend for a couple of days, also to visit the thermal springs in the mountains once. Get to Yalova by ferry from Istanbul in 1.5 hours. It seemed like a good place to be.. there was cheap transport wid variety of places to eat.. the Mrs was pleased with the shops and tbe kids were pleased with the entertainment available.. the city appeared to be a safe place for families and children. At first I thought it was a scam 😅 but then I recognized that there’s another Lagun hotel. The staff is very friendly, the food is average but good. They have a rooftop with an amazing view if you go there in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. No parking, area but you can park in the street in front of the hotel.

You even have free coffee and tea all day long. the location is perfect as it’s in the center of Yalova and you could walk around and find anything you want. the breakfast was fair enough compared to the price.
